About the role

GIOXLE is seeking an experienced, friendly and professional part-time receptionist to join our team at our massage venue in Camperdown, NSW. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of the front-of-house operations.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming clients in a warm and friendly manner

Handling client inquiries, appointments and payments

Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

Providing administrative support as needed

Ensuring excellent customer service at all times

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and organisational abilities

Professional, discreet and reliable

Ability to work well in a team environment

Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software

Availability throughout school holidays preferred

Non-judgemental, open-minded, female* – over 18 years of age

High-paying position

8-hour shifts

Dayshift (9:30am-5:15pm), nightshift (4:45pm-1:00am)

1 to 4 shifts per week
