Aspire Physiotherapy is conveniently located on Bigge Street in Liverpool. Our services include Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Massage therapy and Personal training. We have a large clientele which include athletes, elderly, children and everything in between. At Aspire Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic we pride ourselves on giving outstanding service to our patients making their physio experience personal and positive.

Qualifications & experience

Previous experience working as receptionist in a medical or allied health environment. (preferred but not essential)

Friendly, Motivated and eager to work within a team environment.

Strong communication skills both oral and written.

Strong organisational skills, independent and attention to detail.

Tasks & responsibilities

Provide friendly service to our valued clients.

Support and manage Physiotherapist requests and diary.

Book in appointments and follow up cancelled appointments.

Answer and respond to telephone calls and emails.

Ensure the practice is presentable and clean. Help clean beds, empty bins and keep front desk tidy.

Stocktake inventory and ensure displays are fully stocked.

Follow up on payments from insurance companies.

Data entry and scanning documents.

Using a practice management program called Nookal.

Process payments from Hicaps, medicare and eftpos and cash.
