We're looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Receptionist to join our growing team, working across both Dental and Allied health services. This is a dynamic, patient-facing role perfect for someone with a passion for healthcare, exceptional communication skills, and an interest in treatment coordination.

What You'll Be Doing:

Greeting and assisting patients with empathy and professionalism

Managing appointment bookings and daily schedules across dental and allied health practitioners

Handling patient enquiries via phone and in person

Processing payments, health fund claims (HICAPS), and Medicare billing

Supporting the clinical team with treatment planning and coordination

Educating patients on treatment options, timelines, and payment plans

Maintaining accurate patient records and confidentiality

Contributing to a positive and efficient front desk environment

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in Dental and/or Allied health reception (both desirable)

Minimum of 1 year dental reception experience

Minimum of 1 year allied health reception experience

Australian work rights required

Experience in chair-side Dental Assistance (not essential, but a plus)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and time management

Confidence in using practice management software (experience with Oasis or Zavy360 a plus)

A team player who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced setting

A keen interest in treatment coordination and patient care

Availability to work flexible hours, covering sick leave when required, 2-3 permanent days per week.
