The Role

As our Senior Property Advisor / Team Lead in Melbourne, you’ll be the face of Low Deposit Homes in Victoria. You’ll be responsible for establishing our sales pres­ence in the Melbourne market, driving house & land package sales for first home buyers, and laying the foundation for a local sales team. This role comes with remote working flexibility, with some required travel across Melbourne/VIC and occasional travel to/from QLD for meetings.

Key responsibilities include:

Driving sales with first home buyers through tailored consultations and property guidance.

Leveraging your Melbourne network to source land, builder, and developer opportunities.

Matching clients with house & land packages that meet their financial and lifestyle needs.

Managing the end-to-end sales process in conjunction with support from QLD HQ (finance, admin, marketing).

Building referral partnerships with land agents, builders, and community networks.

Representing Low Deposit Homes locally, acting as the key point of contact for VIC buyers and partners.

Mentoring and supporting new team members as expansion progresses, stepping into a leadership capacity when required.

Requirements

Must hold a valid driver’s licence and have your own vehicle, for required travel within Melbourne and the broader Victoria region.

Comfortable and able to travel as needed (site visits, land agent / developer meetings, client meetings and travel to QLD when required).

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a proven sales track record specifically in house & land packages (Investment or First Home Buyer focused).

Strong knowledge of the Victorian housing market, wholesale builders, build styles and first home buyer finance structures.

Existing network of contacts in the Melbourne property / development sector.

Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset – comfortable being the first hire on the ground.

Leadership potential – ability to mentor and grow into a team manager role.

Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills, with a passion for helping first home buyers.

Tech-savvy, with experience in CRM systems and digital / remote consultations.
