About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our friendly finance team on a permanent part-time basis. You will be responsible for the accurate, end-to-end processing of payroll and supporting compliance requirements for a diverse workforce. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a long-term, flexible role.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for staff across multiple sites
• Maintain payroll records and employee data accurately
• Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements
• Manage superannuation, PAYG, and other statutory obligations
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations
• Respond to payroll queries and provide excellent service to employees

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated payroll experience (high-volume environment preferred)
• Solid understanding of Fair Work, awards, and entitlements
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Familiarity with payroll systems/HR3
