About the Role

Working with within the payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate delivery of weekly payroll.

Key responsibilities include:

• Process Leave Calculations, Long Service, maternity and parental leave.
• Demonstrate high volume payroll processing
• Demonstrate strong payroll system knowledge
• Interpret complex EBA's and Awards
• Undertake Terminations & Redundancies
• Demonstrate strong customer service to the highest level

Skills + Experience

• Proven experience within a high-volume environment (Hospitality or Retail advantageous)
• Strong knowledge of Awards/EA interpretation
• System experience with Tanda (required)
• Exceptional communication skills - confident, articulate and engaging
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
