Lincoln Road Dental, a well-established three-chair dental practice in Essendon, is looking for a dedicated Practice Manager/Receptionist to join our friendly team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 4 days per week – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
You'll play a key role in the smooth running of our practice, supporting both the clinical team and our valued patients.

Your Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day practice operations and reception duties

Providing outstanding front desk service and patient care

Scheduling appointments and coordinating with clinicians

Managing payments, recalls, and patient records

Supporting and motivating staff to ensure a positive, professional environment

Problem-solving and maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

A warm, professional manner with patients and colleagues

Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

Previous experience in a dental or healthcare practice (preferred but not essential)

Experience with dental software is highly regarded but not essential.

Australian work rights are required for this position
