The Role

We are seeking a Senior Dental Receptionist to lead our front desk team and ensure patients enjoy a seamless and positive experience.

This role is suited to someone with excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills, who can confidently manage a busy reception while supporting our clinical team.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting the reception team.

Managing appointment scheduling, patient enquiries, and recall systems.

Handling billing, HICAPS, and health fund claims.

Maintaining smooth daily operations and liaising with the dental team.

Providing outstanding customer service in line with our clinic values.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist (minimum 2–3 years preferred).

Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and software.

Proven ability to manage a busy front desk with professionalism and warmth.

Leadership skills with the ability to support and guide a team.

Minimum 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and dental software systems.

Must hold Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa.
