About the role

Join our friendly team at THL Dental Clinic Pty Ltd as a full-time Dental Assistant/Receptionist in our Surrey Hills location. In this dynamic role, you will be an integral part of providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth running of our dental practice.

What you'll be doing

Assisting during procedures by preparing treatment rooms, sterilising equipment, and providing chairside support

Greeting patients, booking appointments, and managing patient records and files

Handling patient inquiries and providing excellent customer service

Ordering and maintaining dental supplies and inventory

Performing general administrative duties as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar patient-facing healthcare role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to put patients at ease

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using Dental 4 Windows dental practice management software
