About the role

We are seeking an experienced and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our growing team at Brunswick Family Dental Surgery in Brunswick, VIC 3056. This full-time role is integral to the smooth running of our dental practice, providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

What you'll be doing

Welcoming and greeting patients in a warm and professional manner

Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently

Handling patient enquiries and booking requests

Maintaining accurate patient records and database

Assisting with general administrative tasks as required

Providing exceptional customer service at all times

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or background in Dental

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, ability to work at a fast pace

Proficient in using dental practice management software, Oasis

Professional demeanour and positive attitude

A genuine interest in the dental industry and patient care
