We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to cover a 12-month parental leave contract, providing strategic and hands-on HR support to a high-performing retail environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team on all people-related matters.
• Lead HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, development, and retention.
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
