We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead the project delivery function. This pivotal role will oversee the successful execution of all fitout projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll lead a team of three to five direct reports, providing strategic oversight, operational leadership, and mentoring to foster a high-performing, accountable culture.

The Role:

Lead the delivery of multiple fitout projects from concept to completion.

Oversee all active and upcoming commercial fitout projects.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing project team.

Manage client relationships and act as the primary escalation point for issues.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.

Support business development and contribute to proposals and client pitches.

Requirements:

7+ years’ experience in commercial fitout or construction project management.

Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and on budget.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management software/tools.

Relevant tertiary qualification in construction, project management, or related field.
