Your Duties will include:
Email Inbox Management and following up leads, enquiries and quotes
Prepare and Issue Quotes and Invoices as directed
Scheduling support and job progress tracking
Reviewing project files and coordinating across each project stage
Exceptional client communication and relationship management
All documentation relating to Compliance, Insurances, Registrations, Training, WH&S, SWMS and maintaining excellent records in OneDrive
Assist with website updates, socials and image libraries (as briefed by the Director)
Contributing to business projects (eg. Job costing/profitability, simple Canva flyers)
Software you’ll use (experience preferred, not essential):
ServiceM8 - Job Management System
GroundPlan – Estimating Software
Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive
Canva (basic skills ok)
