We're Hiring: Projects & Contracts Manager

Are you an experienced professional with a strong background in contract management and project coordination? We are seeking a Projects & Contracts Manager to join our team! Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role is essential in ensuring contracts are efficiently executed and project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management:

Oversee procurement and administration of external contracts.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, and procurement contracts.

Provide contract advice to internal programs.

Maintain a centralised contracts database and act as the primary contact for contract matters.

Project Management:

Analyse contracts, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency.

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.

Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and maintain documentation.

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
