Role Summary

Part-time position - 30.4 hours - 5 days a week available within a purpose-driven and inclusive organisation.

Applicants must have experience in the disability sector and a strong understanding of the NDIS.

Work in a collaborative team environment, where teamwork, communication, and shared goals are key.

Must have a high level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Experience working in an agile, fast-paced, and high-volume setting is essential.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to engage with diverse stakeholders, including participants, families, and service providers.

A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practices is expected from all team members.

Key Responsibilities

🟢 Family Relationship Management

Proactively engage with new and existing participants and families.

Promote Cahoots services through calls, meetings, emails, and events.

Respond to enquiries in a warm, timely, and effective manner.

Collaborate with other FROs to review support plans and ensure services align with participant goals.

Represent Cahoots at schools, expos, and industry events.

Contribute to improving communication processes and family engagement.

🟢 Data & Administration

Coordinate and maintain participant records and documents.

Manage new participant intake, ensuring completion of support plans, risk assessments, and service agreements.

Maintain accurate CRM records and participant profiles.

Process feedback, collect participant information, and support ongoing review of progress.

Support the team with other administrative and communication tasks as required.

Essential criteria

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a role within a registered NDIS organisation.

Highly organised with the ability to work across multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Proven experience improving communication or customer service processes.

Experience working in a team and collaborating with others.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with attention to detail.

Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office & CRM systems).

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or ability to acquire).

Must be available to work in school holidays.

Desirable

Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Education, or a related field..

Experience and/or understanding of the needs of people living with a disability and their families/carers.

Relevant degree/qualification in disability/social work.

Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and safeguarding best practices.
