We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Coordinator to join our internal sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to build a career in sales, customer service and business operations within a supportive and professional environment.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll provide day to day support to our internal and external sales teams. You’ll assist with preparing quotations, responding to customer enquiries and helping ensure our customers receive the best possible service.

We’ll provide full training and ongoing support — all you need is a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with preparing and sending customer quotes

Respond to customer phone and email enquiries

Support the Sales Team with reporting and administrative tasks

Maintain accurate records and customer information in our CRM system

General office tasks

Learn about our product range and contribute to customer solutions

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and good organisational habits

A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)

Previous experience in customer service, administration or sales support (advantageous but not required)

A genuine interest in building a long term career in sales
