About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support across a busy not-for-profit organisation on a temporary basis till February. This is a varied role that will see you supporting the executive team, coordinating office systems, events, compliance, finance, and HR functions to help the organisation run smoothly and effectively.

  • Part-time, 3 days per week (22.8 hours)
  • Must be available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and one other day
  • Based in the office (inner Sydney location)

Key Duties:

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations including office, ICT, property, compliance, and governance systems
  • Provide executive and Board support including agendas, minutes, and reports
  • Oversee financial administration including invoices, payments, petty cash, and reconciliations
  • Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination
  • Contribute to event coordination, member support, and continuous quality improvement activities

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in operations, office, or administration coordination roles
  • Previous experience working across the not for profit space
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Confident in Microsoft Office, databases, and financial systems (Xero and Salesforce experience highly regarded)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels
