First Home Specialists is Australia’s leading First Home advisory service. We provide an end to end solution that gets first home buyers with no idea where to start into a brand new house and land package that they own.

Your role as First Home Buyer mentor is to be the first point of contact with First Home Buyers who have submitted an inbound enquiry. You will identify, their dreams and goals, their current position and if we are the right business to help them. For clients who qualify to work with us, you will assist them to identify a house and land package within their budget and will then work with our brokers to ensure they are approved and move into their new home.

This role is of critical importance to the business as you are the face of the company.

Remuneration

Wage draw plus commission with an OTE of 250k to 350k per annum with the potential to earn much more.

Key Responsibilities

Answer all marketing inquiries

Utilise our online tools to assess a clients eligibility

Meet with clients to show them blocks of land and display homes

Assist clients to pay deposits and sign contracts

Work with our broker team to ensure clients provide all required information and are approved in a timely manner

Answer client questions and calm their nerves

Keep all database information up to date

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in sales is essential

Experience in property sales, house and land sales or builder sales would be looked upon favourably

Experience in CRM management systems

Must have own car of a decent standard

Personal attributes

Must be a motivated self starter as much of the work is unsupervised

Must be a solution-focused problem solver

Must be a positive influence on our team and our clients

A lot of your work will be completed from home so a good internet connection, phone reception and a quiet place to work is essential

Appearance must be sharp and professional

Hours

This is not a Monday to Friday 9 to 5 job. Most of our clients are available for phone calls outside of work hours and most of our presentations are completed on a Saturday. That said there is a lot of autonomy in your working hours and conditions. Results are ultimately what matters

Location

Our offices are located in Southport on the Gold Coast however there is little contact time required at the office although most staff enjoy coming in. Our presentations with clients are completed in Brisbane at the closest display home to our clients desired location, think Park Ridge, Ripley or Griffin.
