The Opportunity

We are looking for an accomplished agency-based Recruitment Professional to head up our specialist S&You Sales & Marketing Recruitment division. With office locations around Australia, your remit will involve establishing a successful national team.

This is a billing management opportunity, where you will truly lead from the front when it comes to coaching, growing and inspiring people.

This role isn’t for the faint-hearted, but if you’re ambitious, hands-on and love bringing out the best in others, you’ll thrive.

You will form part of a collaborative network of peers where you will contribute to the overall success of the Synergie businesses in Australia.

• A demonstrated track record leading a team within an agency based recruitment

• Existing client connectivity as well as ability to generate leads

• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to network effectively

• Ability to lead and develop a team, creating a culture of high performance
