We now have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and inspiring Sales & Marketing Lead to join us.

The Role

As our Sales & Marketing Lead, you’ll be instrumental in driving corporate sales, coordinating impactful marketing strategies, and ensuring we meet our revenue and growth targets. This role is perfect for someone who’s both creative and strategic, with a love for data and results. Based in Mona Vale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, you’ll help us elevate our sales game and create long lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Sales & Revenue Targets: Lead corporate sales initiatives, hit revenue goals, and grow our client base.

• Event Sales & Trade Show Organisation: Coordinate key events, trade show sponsorships, and ensure alignment with our sales and marketing strategies.

• Marketing Planning & Strategy: Develop marketing plans including paid advertising, retargeting, and email marketing to funnel leads into our paid membership.

• Campaign Development: Execute campaign ideas for internal and partner initiatives.

• Growth Strategy & Metrics Tracking: Define growth strategies and track key metrics to refine approaches.

• Collaboration & PR: Identify collaboration and PR opportunities to increase visibility.

About You

• Confident, engaging, and love building community.

• Experience in paid advertising and retargeting is a big plus.

• Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Canva, and Klaviyo.

• Bonus points if you have knowledge of the trades industry or are a tradie wife yourself.
