FBM is a fast-growing service provider to the hospitality industry, managing housekeeping services on behalf of hotels across New South Wales, Victoria & Queensland. Our team supports hotels with various services, predominantly in Housekeeping and Public Area Cleaning.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the growth of our brand and client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen FBM’s position as a leading provider of cleaning and facility support solutions across Australia.
Job Description:
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans, focusing on revenue growth and market share expansion.
Utilize market insights and competitive intelligence to guide service strategies, uphold the company’s reputation for delivering high-value, tailored cleaning and facility support solutions.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales and marketing team, conduct business and skills training, provide necessary support and resources, enhance team expertise and efficiency, and ensure smooth goal achievement.
Design and execute promotion strategies, expand customer segments, and improve service visibility and market penetration.
Oversee the customer relationship management (CRM) system and service processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company and client standards.
Formulate and implement process improvements to elevate service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer experience, supporting FBM’s commitment to industry-leading standards.
Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, market trends, and areas for strategic enhancement.
Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Monitor industry trends, emerging client needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies to maintain FBM’s competitive edge in the outsourcing services market.
Key Requirements:
Candidate possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Candidate with at least 10 plus years’ experience in sales and marketing.
Willingness to travel domestically as required.
Preferably bilingual (English and Mandarin).
A team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Well organised, meticulous, able to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
