Essential:

- Proven experience in recruitment a successful track record as a Resourcer.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Passion for recruitment and helping people achieve their career goals.

Desirable:

- Experience or knowledge of the Digital, Sales, or Marketing sectors.
- Existing client or candidate networks.
