We are seeking an experienced and professional Barista / Coffee Cart Supervisor to oversee operations of our premium corporate café kiosk located within the prestigious Collins Square precinct.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with excellent coffee skills, strong organisational ability, and a passion for delivering high-end service to corporate clientele.

About the Role:

Operate a small but high-volume kiosk serving 20–30kg of coffee per week

Supervise daily café operations, ensuring quality and consistency

Oversee two kiosks: one staffed by 2.5 team members and another operated solo

Manage stock control and inventory, ensuring wastage is minimised

Complete rosters and wage management with a focus on efficiency

Maintain a professional and presentable image at all times

About You:

Experienced barista with excellent knowledge of coffee preparation and service standards

Confident in leading a small team and setting daily standards

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Ability to manage costs, minimise wastage and optimise rosters

Professional, polished and guest-focused – able to represent the brand in a corporate environment
