Full-Time Barista – The Bean Thief (Kew East)

We’re on the hunt for an experienced barista to join our friendly, fast-paced team at The Bean Thief in Kew East. You’ll be surrounded by good coffee, good people, and plenty of laughs — we take pride in what we do, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.

What’s on offer:

Full-time hours with 6am starts

Work with a welcoming, tight-knit crew who love what they do

Occasional shifts may be offered at our sister café in Camberwell

Solid barista experience and a passion for great coffee

Reliability, energy, and a positive attitude

A driver’s licence is preferred — public transport doesn’t arrive before 6am
