About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to drive local channel user growth. The role focuses on executing multi-channel growth strategies, managing projects end-to-end, and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize local channel marketing campaigns to acquire and retain new users.
• Lead cross-functional projects, coordinating with Operations, Product, Data, and Creative teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local merchants, brands, and platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and use data insights to drive decisions and optimize results.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of marketing experience with project management and multi-channel execution.
• Strong cross-team communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly data-driven, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Preferred:
• Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or retail marketing.
• Proven record in local channel growth or partnership development.
Location: Melbourne or Sydney
