We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist with extensive experience across event marketing, digital strategy, and performance media to lead key initiatives that drive measurable business results.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role will oversee the strategic planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns — with a strong focus on event promotion, lead generation, and sales performance. The successful candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, with a proven ability to manage budgets, optimise campaigns, and deliver results in line with commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of event marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.

Manage and optimise high-performing digital advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.

Design and implement EDM and SMS campaigns that support customer engagement and sales growth.

Analyse and report on marketing performance to ensure alignment with KPIs and sales targets.

Provide strategic input to marketing plans and collaborate with stakeholders across departments.

Drive innovation by identifying emerging digital trends and applying best practices.

About You

Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on event and digital marketing.

Proven track record of delivering campaigns that drive measurable ROI and sales outcomes.

Deep knowledge of social media and performance advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat).

Proficiency with EDM and SMS platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).

Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience managing marketing budgets.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Commercially minded with the ability to align marketing activity to business goals.
