We’re expanding nationally with new boutiques and a full in-house creative team — and we’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our campaigns and drive measurable growth.

About the Role

This role is about turning great content into measurable results.
You’ll manage and optimise digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and other key platforms — ensuring every dollar and every impression delivers growth.

You won’t be creating content day-to-day — we already have a full-time photographer and creative team.
Instead, you’ll plan, execute, and refine campaigns using analytics and data insights to continually improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution – Build and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest & TikTok.

Paid Advertising Specialist – Own all paid media: targeting, budgets, A/B testing & ROAS optimisation.

Performance Optimisation – Analyse & fine-tune campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA & conversion performance.

Analytics & Reporting – Track results in Excel, translating data into actionable insights.

Funnel Management – Create digital funnels across awareness, consideration & conversion stages.

Platform Mastery – Stay ahead of algorithm updates and new digital tools.

Ad Copy & Creative Direction – Guide our in-house creative team to produce top-performing ad assets.

Shopify Website Management – Use your Shopify experience to build and optimise product and campaign pages for conversions.

Budget Management – Plan and track spend across all platforms to maximise ROI.

Market & Competitor Insights – Analyse market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities.

About You

3+ years’ experience managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns.

Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution & audience segmentation.

Advanced knowledge of GA4, Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.

Highly confident analysing data (CTR, ROAS, CPA, conversion rates).

Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).

Proactive, analytical, and continuously testing and refining.

Experience collaborating with creative teams to align content with campaign goals.

Bonus (not essential):

Experience in luxury, fashion, or jewellery marketing.

Familiarity with Shopify, HubSpot or CRM integrations.
