What’s the Role About?
This role is all about helping more people discover and access the services we offer to support life with Multiple Sclerosis. As the Digital & Growth Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be a key part of the marketing team, helping us reach the right people with the right messages at the right time.
You’ll support campaigns that promote everything from our Accommodation, Education and Allied Health programs to our community events to support services, and more. Whether it’s crafting content for conversion and re-engagement to producing engaging email newsletters, managing our communities, scheduling social media content, optimising paid ads or keeping our website up to date, you will be involved in the digital day to day that helps our services reach those who need them most.
You will work with a passionate marketing team, providing support across projects while also contributing fresh ideas to grow our reach and impact.

Your responsibilities:
You will be crucial to the execution and optimisation of marketing initiatives that increase traffic, engagement, and conversions. In order to measure performance indicators, develop our online community and test out new growth methods, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
For a hands-on marketer who is analytical, creative, autonomous, open to feedback, keen to learn, develop, grow and eager to develop with a dynamic team, this is an excellent opportunity.
Skills and experience:
Essential
Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role (minimum 2 years)
Confident using digital platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Campaign Monitor (or similar)
Strong understanding of email marketing, social media, and basic SEO principles
Ability to write clearly and adapt tone for different platforms and audiences
Comfortable with data, able to track and interpret marketing-performance metrics
Solid organisational and time management skills, able to manage multiple scheduled and ad hoc tasks and deadlines.
Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools (Static & Reels)
Able to create content (Photography or Video)
Experience in fundamental website updates (Craft or similar)
Confidence running small A/B tests or basic conversion rate optimisation
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms
Manage and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing strategy
Monitor and report on content performance and audience engagement
Use trends, algorithms and tools to grow and engage social audiences
Desirable:
Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce
·An interest in health and B2B marketing, not for profit organisations and inclusion.
Understanding user journey mapping and how to optimise digital touchpoints
Experience improving or streamlining service access pathways (e.g. through forms, landing pages.
Ability to identify friction points in the user experience and propose improvements
Familiarity with tools like Hotjar or similar UX research tools
Experience working with personas or segmenting audiences based on needs and behaviours
Ability to create or contribute to customer journey maps that reflect real user needs

What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience in social media and content creation within a fast-paced working environment.
2+ years' experience in social media, digital, marketing or related role and/or Tertiary education in marketing, social media, communications or similar
Experience using Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, google, and other social media for best practice outcomes
Experience in creating content in Canva or similar
Experience in creating A/B testing
Experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager and other analytical platforms
High levels of computer literacy and experience in using a range of MS office programs
A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and try new things
A passion for digital marketing and a curiosity for trends and what drives audience engagement
A detail-oriented mindset, you notice the little things that make a big difference
A genuine interest in helping others connect with services that support their wellbeing
Flexibility and a positive approach to working in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment
A collaborative spirit, you enjoy working with others and supporting shared goals
One More Thing:
Successful candidates will need to complete a National Police Check (and possibly an International Police Check), plus NDIS Worker and Working with Children checks .
