We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to support our marketing strategy and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement in the highly competitive automotive market.

Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. You will work closely with the Sales and Management teams to develop local marketing strategies, optimise customer journeys, and ensure Harmony Auto stands out as the premier BYD dealership group in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and support dealership sales goals.

Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and EDMs.

Coordinate dealership events, test-drive days, and new model launches to enhance brand presence.

Analyse campaign performance and customer data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with BYD HQ to ensure brand alignment and compliance with marketing guidelines.

Maintain and update content on websites and social media platforms.

Oversee marketing collateral production, including brochures, signage, and in-store displays.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Manage marketing budgets and deliver projects within timelines.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years’ marketing experience, ideally in automotive, retail, or fast-moving consumer industries.

Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with social media management and content creation.

Desirable

Experience with event planning and dealership marketing.

Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Understanding of the electric vehicle (EV) market and consumer trends.

Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus, as we engage with diverse communities.
