About the Role
A leading FMCG company is looking for a Credit Team Lead to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will be still be a hands on BAU credit role, whilst supervising a tight knit team of 2.

The Responsibilities
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the responsibilities include:

• Managing aged debtors
• Following up on overdue accounts
• Reconciling customer payments, resolving billing and payment discrepancies
• Preparing regular reports on collections and outstanding balances.
• Leading/Supervising an experienced team

The Successful Applicant

• Ideally 5-10 years of strong Credit Control experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills / business partnering
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
