An opportunity has opened up for a Credit Administration Officer to join their finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's credit control function. Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive credit assessments for new and existing customers

Establishing and maintaining appropriate credit limits and payment terms in accordance with company policy

Managing the credit approval process and liaising with sales teams regarding customer credit status

Preparing regular aged debtor reports and providing analysis of credit risk exposure

Maintaining accurate customer credit files and documentation in compliance with company standards

Processing credit applications and ensuring all required documentation is obtained and verified

Coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer account queries and disputes

To be successful in this role, you will have 3-4 years' experience in credit administration or accounts receivable within a similar-sized organisation. You will be degree qualified in Accounting or Finance. You will also have strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work methodically through high-volume tasks.
