Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and court materials

File management including electronic filing and diary management

Liaising with clients, medical providers, and counsel

Managing deadlines and assisting with settlement preparation

Providing day-to-day support to lawyers and ensuring smooth workflow within the team

You will bring:

Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Personal Injuries

Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail

Professional communication and client service skills

A proactive and team-oriented approach
