HarperLloyd Recruitment is partnering with a national plaintiff personal injuries firm in the Brisbane CBD to find an experienced Legal Assistant for their Plaintiff Personal Injuries team.

About the role

In this role you will be required to provide administrative and secretarial support to a busy team, working on a variety of plaintiff personal injury matters including:

• WorkCover claims
• CTP (Motor Vehicle Accident) claims
• PIPA matters
• TPD (Total and Permanent Disability) claims

In this position, you will undertake tasks such as:

• Drafting correspondence and court documents
• Liaising with clients, insurers, and medical providers
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date file management
• Monthly billing

About You

• Previous experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injuries Legal Assistant is highly regarded, but not essential
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Compassionate, client-focused communication skills
