We are looking for a qualified A Grade electrician, experienced in solar installation or with a desire to learn, to join our exceptional team. You will be supported by a fully resourced and committed team of A Grades, CEC Accredited installers, Sales and Administration experts.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Installation of compliant PV systems: You will be responsible for installing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on both commercial and residential properties, on and off grid. This includes understanding and complying with all relevant safety regulations and regulatory documentation.

OH&S requirements: You will be responsible for understanding and demonstrating all relevant occupational health and safety (OH&S) requirements at all times. This includes following all safety procedures and using the correct safety equipment (supplied).

Documentation: You will be responsible for completing all necessary documentation with support from Sales and Administration teams, including recording serial numbers, submitting STCs to Solar Victoria, and ensuring that all work complies with CEC requirements.

Teamwork: You will be working with and leading our fabulous installation crews, so it is important that you are able to work effectively with others. You will be responsible for communicating with your team members and coordinating your work with theirs.

Customer service: You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our valued clients. This includes being responsive to their needs, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Fully Qualified A Grade Electrician (essential)

Grid Connect - CEC Accreditation (preferable but not essential)

Grid Connect Battery- CEC Accreditation (preferable but not essential)

Off Grid - CEC Accreditation (preferable but not essential)

Industry White Card & Working Safely at Heights

Current Drivers Licence
