The Opportunity

We’re searching for an experienced A-Grade Electrician who is looking for more than just a job — someone who may feel stagnant or undervalued in their current role and is ready to grow into a leadership or operations position over time.

You’ll play a critical role in both the delivery of high-standard electrical work and in setting the tone for future team members. This is the ideal opportunity for a driven individual with 5+ years of experience, a passion for quality, and a desire to step up.

What You’ll Do

Complete a variety of residential and commercial installations, maintenance, and repair work

Perform quoting, invoicing, and certification tasks accurately

Communicate directly with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction

Contribute to a positive team culture and represent our brand professionally

Use modern tools including Servicem8 for efficient scheduling and reporting

Maintain safety and quality standards at all times

Who We’re Looking For

Fully qualified A-Grade Electrician

Minimum 5+ years experience, primarily residential

Confident quoting, invoicing, and completing certificates

Strong communicator, well-presented, and client-friendly

Own tools and Victorian Driver’s License

Looking for long-term stability and leadership growth

Motivated and ready to join a team that values your input
