About the Role
We’re looking for a qualified A-Grade Electrician to join our Production Team. You’ll be wiring, assembling, and testing advanced off-grid and hybrid systems in a clean, professional workshop. Every job is different, so you’ll be constantly learning and applying your skills on new challenges.

Your Day Will Include:

Building and wiring Power Hubs (BESS Cabinets) and commercial battery systems.

Working with Victron, Pylontech and other high-end brands.

Assembling control panels, lithium battery enclosures, and switchboards.

Following wiring diagrams, test sheets, and quality procedures.

Assisting with system testing, calibration, and pre-dispatch verification.

Contributing ideas to improve processes and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

A-Grade Electrical Licence (required).

3+ years experience in Solar, or industrial work is highly advantageous.

Solar accreditation, battery, off-grid tickets and forklift licence are a strong plus.

Hands-on experience with solar, BESS, or renewable energy systems preferred.

Reliable, detail-driven, and able to follow complex wiring diagrams.

Positive attitude and team mindset – someone who takes pride in the job.
