Role Overview

As an A-Grade Residential Electrician at Espire, you'll handle service and maintenance work for homes across Melbourne. You'll represent the company on-site, delivering quality workmanship and great customer experiences.
You'll also have the chance to learn the business side of the trade — quoting jobs, managing projects, and developing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Perform residential electrical service, maintenance, and minor installations

Diagnose and repair electrical faults safely and efficiently

Communicate clearly with clients to ensure satisfaction and build trust

Maintain high-quality workmanship that reflects the Espire standard

Learn and assist with quoting, scheduling, and project management

Support the owner in establishing systems and processes for future team growth

Requirements

Current A-Grade Electrical License (Victoria)

Minimum 2–5 years of residential experience preferred

Current Driver's Licence

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site

Great communication skills and professional presentation

Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to grow with the team

Must have Australian work rights
