Workfast is looking for an experienced A-Grade Electrician / Technical Supervisor to join a national renewable energy company's Victorian team.

This role is perfect for electricians who want to step off the tools but stay hands-on technically, taking a leadership role in ensuring residential and commercial solar and battery projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and fully compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Nominee / Supervisor for the Victorian REC Licence
• Conduct site visits and compliance inspections
• Perform audits and documentation reviews to ensure ESV and Australian Standards are met
• Provide technical guidance to field teams and subcontractors
• Support continuous improvement in safety, quality, and compliance practices

Qualifications & Experience

• Current A-Grade Electrician (ESV Licence) - essential
• Experience in solar and/or battery systems (residential or commercial)
• Strong understanding of compliance and safety requirements
• Attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Right to work in Australia and available for an immediate start
