We’re seeking an experienced A-Grade Electrician to join our Residential Construction team, taking responsibility for the delivery of new home projects as assigned by our Residential Supervisor.
You’ll lead your own crew, oversee and coordinate apprentices, and ensure quality outcomes across projects throughout Gippsland, Pakenham, Clyde and Melbourne’s South East.

Our residential division continues to grow, with a well-established team now operating from our Pakenham base. This role will see you join that crew, working alongside a great group of electricians delivering high-quality residential projects. With continued growth, there’s also opportunity for career advancement and leadership development for the right candidate.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee electrical works on designated domestic projects

Work with Supervisors and Management to ensure daily tasks and project timelines are met

Train, guide and mentor apprentices

Collaborate with team members and other trades

Maintain compliance with all WHS standards and site requirements

Manage time effectively to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule

⚙️ Qualifications & Requirements

Current Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence

Current White Card

Working with Children’s Check

Current Driver’s Licence

Proven experience in residential electrical projects
