THE DOING

This is not a “just answer emails and shuffle papers” role.

This is about owning operations, managing details at speed, and keeping both the team and clients moving with clarity and confidence.

Here’s how you’ll enjoy your days:

Running point on operations and admin - keeping projects, processes, and deadlines sharp.

Acting as the client-facing bridge - ensuring buyers feel cared for, supported, and valued.

Using your tech literacy across our stack (GHL, Asana, Google etc.) to streamline workflows, fix problems fast, and keep data clean.

Supporting the marketing machine - triaging issues, spotting where funnels or automations are failing and making sure things run smoothly

Keeping the CEO unblocked - handling details, chasing tasks, and making sure priorities stick.

Coordinating with internal team members - ensuring the right hand always knows what the left is doing.

This is about more than organisation.

This is about leading with speed, precision, and presence - and making sure nothing, and no one, falls through the cracks.

This role isn’t for someone who just wants to “do admin from home.”

If you’re slow, sloppy, or easily overwhelmed by tech and pace - this won’t work.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has proven experience working remotely in fast-paced online businesses.

Brings strong tech literacy across tools, CRMs, and automations.

Understands marketing funnels - not just the buzzwords, but how they function end-to-end.

Moves fast without dropping balls - precision + speed is your game.

Thrives in communication - with clients, team, and leadership.

Shows up with energy, reliability, and excellence, every day.

If you need hand-holding, ghost when things get hard, or crumble under pressure - this isn’t your seat at the table.

THE DETAILS:

Full time hours - Contractor role (initially) with the view to go permanent after a successful trial.

$40 an hour negotiable, aligned with experience and growth.

Remote - work from anywhere, but always on point.
