Compliance Analyst / Senior Analyst

$135,000 – $145,000 + Super + 10% time bonus

A rare opportunity to join a dynamic and high-performing team, working closely with Compliance Managers and the Head of Department to deliver key strategic priorities. You’ll help drive innovation, maintain integrity across all compliance activities, and partner with the business to embed compliance and strengthen risk awareness.

Your work will span reporting, training, and document management, while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

You will need to have:

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent experience.

2+ years’ experience in compliance or related roles within large, complex organisations.

Senior Manager, Corporate Compliance

$215,000 – $225,000 + Super + 15% bonus

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you’ll act as their 2IC - providing strategic oversight and technical leadership across corporate compliance, privacy, and regulatory obligations.

You’ll engage with senior leaders, the Board, and external regulators to ensure transparency, integrity, and continuous improvement across the business. This is a key role shaping the future of compliance in a fast-moving and purpose-driven organisation.

You will need to have:

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or extensive experience in a compliance or regulatory-intensive industry.

5+ years’ experience in senior compliance roles, ideally with exposure to quality management systems.

Proven ability to influence and educate business leaders on compliance risk and obligations.

Strong knowledge of corporate compliance frameworks and regulatory engagement.
