We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide essential administrative support to risk and compliance/ assurance team. To be successful in this role you will own the administration function of this role showing initiative, strong attention to detail and a strong sense of organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with compliance and administrative processes, including maintaining registers, reports, and statutory documentation.
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide administration support to the whole team including taking minutes in team meetings and providing lists of action items for each team member
  • Respond to requests from clients and third parties in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with risk and compliance administration tasks, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and supporting project work.
  • Following up with key action items for each team member to complete in a timely manner members
  • Ensure all the team members are meeting compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • General administrative support as required to ensure smooth office operations.

About You

  • Demonstrated a track record of stable employment history
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and checking of information.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively across all teams on the floor.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive and professional approach with high ethical standards.

This is a Permanent role based at Rhodes located 100 meters from Rhoes train station, with full training provided. You will be required to complete a police and bankruptcy check and be able to provide two direct managers you reported to in your last positions. Please ensure your resume is up to date.
