Our client is a long-established commercial maintenance business with a proud history of stability, growth and a great team environment. They are a hard-working yet down-to-earth group who genuinely enjoy what they do and this is an awesome opportunity to join their team!
This is a newly created position to support various business units so if you enjoy variety throughout your day and love to be flexible to adapt to business needs, this is the role for you!
Specific tasks responsibilities include:
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to provide admin support where needed
- Relieving Reception and answering call overflow during peak times
- Assisting with mail, deliveries and couriers
- Compliance administration including onboarding tradespeople and maintaining accurate database records
- Creating jobs and scheduling maintenance personnel
- Preparing reports, filing and other ad-hoc clerical duties as needed
- Providing support to Operations Managers
Whilst full training can be provided in the position, to be considered you will have:
- An organised and proactive approach to admin tasks
- Previous experience in an administration position ideally working with detailed documentation / database maintenance
- The ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Please note this is an office based position (8am - 5pm) and whilst parking is not provided, the offices are close to major bus routes.
