In this dynamic, high-volume role, you’ll be the crucial link between our Sales and Accounting teams, ensuring every vehicle deal is processed accurately and on time. If you’ve got an eye for detail, a knack for numbers, and a passion for keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

Accurately processing vehicle sales and documentation

Auditing deals for compliance and correcting errors

Working closely with Sales & Accounting to meet manufacturer policies

Calculating commissions for our high-performing Sales Consultants

Reconciling general ledger accounts

Managing Floorplan Payables and Bailment Sales

What You Bring

Experience in dealership deal processing or as an accounts clerk

Solid knowledge of automotive accounting practices

Exceptional attention to detail

Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Titan DMS is a bonus—but not essential
