The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Trust Account Clerk to join a friendly and collaborative accounts team. This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for:

• Processing and reconciling trust accounts
• Preparing trust cheques and receipting
• Handling trust related enquiries
• Assisting with trust audits and reporting
• Providing backup support across accounts payable and receivable
• Optional payroll duties (if experienced)

You'll be working with the Actionstep accounting system and contributing to a team that values accuracy, integrity, and teamwork.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in trust accounting within a law firm
• Strong understanding of trust account legislation
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Payroll experience (highly regarded but not essential)
