We're looking for a driven and technically minded Sales Engineer to help us grow our Victorian presence and strengthen customer relationships nationwide.

Industry-specific technical experience in HVAC, mechanical, or similar fields is required.

About the role:
As Sales Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing new business, expanding our market reach, and ensuring that our customers continue to receive the outstanding service and technical expertise Aircare is known for. You'll work closely with the Regional Manager and Commercial Manager to set sales goals, manage your territory, and provide accurate reporting across all sales activities.

A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience is required for this position.

• Background in sales, engineering, or technical project environments (HVAC, mechanical, or similar preferred).
• Strong relationship-building skills with consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
