What you’ll be doing

Be the go-to contact for customers, managing enquiries and building lasting relationships

Drive new sales opportunities within an established client network

Support the external sales team with quotes, orders, invoicing and reporting

Collaborate with accounts, engineering, production and warehouse to keep projects on track

Manage spare parts stock, supplier communications and pricing to ensure smooth supply

Maintain accurate ERP/CRM data and keep sales pipelines up to date

What we’re looking for

A customer-focused communicator with strong relationship-building skills

Confident making outbound calls and engaging clients

Organised, detail-driven and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease

ERP/CRM experience (IFS or Microsoft Dynamics highly regarded)

Bonus points for technical knowledge or spare parts/inventory know-how

A proactive self-starter who enjoys both smashing sales targets and supporting the team
