We here at Goosies are looking for our next Pastry Chef Legend!. If you have a key interest in Pastry and Dessert creation then we are the place to start your next adventure.

Your primary key role is developing high-quality, handcrafted pastries and desserts for our café and Bistro and function centre while back filling and assisting our Chefs in their day to day operations of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, tarts, cookies, and other baked goods with precision and consistency.

Collaborate with management and wider team on new product development.

Ensure equipment and kitchen area is maintained to a high standard.

Minimum 2+ years of professional pastry experience (bakery or patisserie Formal qualifications are essential).

Display strong technical skills

Ability to follow recipes with precision, while also contributing creatively, and cost management

A proactive, adaptable team player with excellent time management skills.

Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will play a key role in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes across our Bistro, Café, and function catering. You will ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met, assist in menu innovation, and help maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
