The following skills will highly regarded;

Proven experience in Italian cuisine

An interest in pasta-making by hand

Experience in real-charcoal cooking or Josper grill

A passion for Italian cooking culture

The ability to work as part of a small team

High standards in quality, consistency and presentation

The ability to take direction and also work autonomously

Have the flexibility to work weekends and public holidays

Your responsibilities

Pack and organise stock, including demonstrating FIFO

Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality ingredients and dishes following a standard recipe

Demonstrate skills to butcher a variety of seafood (including shellfish) and meats

Work in a clean, safe and hygienic manner, following standard operating procedures

Ensure all relevant health regulations are adhered including cooking, serving and storage

Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of seasonality, produce and processing methods
