FULL TIME CHEF — THREE GIRLS SKIPPING (GRACEVILLE)

About the Role

Full time permanent role

Hands-on cooking across savoury + pastry

Contribute to seasonal menu development and recipe testing

Work across café service and catering production

Maintain quality, cost control, and food safety standards

Mentor, lead and support junior kitchen team members

Skills + Experience Required

Minimum 3–4 years chef experience in a busy kitchen environment

Experience across both savoury and pastry an advantage

Ability to work calmly + efficiently in high volume service

Understanding of HACCP + food safety

Positive, reliable, respectful team member who leads by example
